helpful staff many breakfast options fresh fruit slow elevators dated gym equipment club noise

the superior king room was nicely sized and suited my needs. the staff were helpful when i requested extra towels. breakfast had many options, including fresh fruit and pastries.

the elevators were sometimes slow, and i experienced some waiting. there was noise from nearby clubs on one of the nights. i found the gym equipment to be a bit dated.

great location helpful staff pleasant receptionist alternative room

The hotel is close to the corniche. I appreciated the convenience of a superette for basic supplies. I also found many shops nearby. Souk Waqif was an easy walk from the hotel. The staff was very helpful. Hajjar at reception was very pleasant. She found an alternative room that suited my needs. It was better than the first room I was given.

The processing of our check in was not quick.

helpful staff exceeded service convenient location

The staff was helpful. The receptionists, in particular, provided service that was very good (i must admit). The location is near Souq Waqef, convenient. I had a sea view from my room.

I found a couple of mosquitoes in my room at night.
